Refund Policy
All sales at BeachMasters are final however there are times when we may need to partialy or fully rfund your rental. If there is a complete washout day or some kind of weather event that prohibits us from setting you up, we will refund you the pro-rated amount for that day. Complete washout days are defined as a day that has at least 70% of the day raining between 9am and 5pm. Passing showers that do not drown out the whole day do not qualify for a refund.
Other weather events that may prohibit us from setting up include but are not limited to – consistent heavy winds in excess of 25mph, tropical storms, hurricanes and extreme high tides.
Thunderstorms are common during the summer months in the Outer Banks. For your safety as well as the safety of our staff and equipment, we may need to set up later or break down your set up earlier than normal due to early morning or afternoon storms. In the event of this occurrence we will contact you via phone, text and/or email to keep you informed and up to date on the schedule.
If you wish to insure your rental you may have the opportunity to do so through the rental agency which rented your home. Thee is a generally an offer of vacation rental insurance. Please inquire with the insurance company directly if they offer the additional coverage.
